...The mission of the Elmer Borough School District is to provide a caring, nurturing, safe environment that challenges all students to develop their full potential intellectually, socially, emotionally and physically in partnership with the State of New Jersey Department of Education, parents, staff and the Board of Education. Our curricular programs will be guided by the New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards that are applied and integrated into all aspects of teaching and learning.

The Elmer Borough School District will continually improve its programs and educational environment striving to:

• Maximize adademic. social and phycical growth for all students;
• Instill a sense of responsibility, develop positive self-concepts, emphasize good citizenship behaviors
• Provide exemplary curricular and extra-curricular offerings and activities for all students
• Maintain state-of-the-art technology related resources to enhance student learning.
• Foster community pride and encourage community involvement
• Employ the best trained personnel, utilize top quality materials, equipment and resources.
• Foster the awareness that knowledge is valued as well as a positive life-long attitude toward learning.
